Owns BI across 500+ land-based locations and an iGaming arm processing over $800M in annual bet volume. Built the ensemble forecasting pipeline, the MCP server estate wiring Claude into SQL, Oracle and Jira, and the company-wide analytics portal that Nucleus is modelled on.
Built the product-data and inventory systems, replaced manual spreadsheets with barcode-fed live Power BI dashboards, and lifted quarterly revenue 14% by surfacing untapped segments.
Launched and scaled Live Chat from 30 to 1,000+ questions a day, designed the operating KPI set, and presented the Power BI reporting weekly to US leadership.
Taught engineering coursework and consulted on experimental design and regression — the same statistical methods now applied to revenue and game-economy modelling.
