What we collect
Details you submit through the demo or contact forms: name, company, email address and, if you choose to give it, a phone number. We also record which form the submission came from and when.
Why we collect it
To verify that demo requests come from real operators, to give you access to the demo environment, and to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties.
Demo environment data
The Nucleus demo runs entirely on synthetic data. No client data appears in it. Activity inside the demo may be logged so we can improve the product.
Client data
For engagements, your operational data stays in your own environment. We work under your access controls and, where required, a separate data processing agreement.
Retention
Enquiry and demo records are kept for as long as is needed to follow up, and then removed on request. Email us and we will delete your record.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time.
